HOW LONG BEFORE YOUR ONLINE ORDER SHIPS

Orders with in-stock items ship within approximately 5 business days after receipt (average).  After receipt means a customer service representative has received & processed your online order.

Online order processing hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST Monday-Friday. If your order is placed outside of processing hours, it will be processed the following business day.

You will receive two order confirmation emails:

1) an automatic confirmation that your online order was submitted successfully
2) a customer service representative has processed your order

Orders containing out-of-stock items that must be poured or blended will ship in approximately 8 business days (average), assuming all components are on-hand and have passed quality control. These cases may add lead time before your order ships, if so, a customer service representative will contact you.
